The Fixato software is not yet available. It cannot be downloaded, bought, or installed today, so no license is in force for anyone — there is nothing to accept and nothing that binds you.
The end-user license agreement is written and under final review. We are publishing it here in full before the software is released, so that anyone can read it before there is ever a reason to accept it — never after.
Two things that already govern your use of this website are published in full, in force today, and unaffected by this page: our terms of use and our privacy policy. So is the complete list of the actions the agent can take on a PC — the part of the license most people actually want to read.
